A donation-ready website for UK-AID Foundation
UK-AID Foundation is a registered UK humanitarian charity working on relief, education, healthcare and skills. Exibify designed and built its website to explain the work and make giving straightforward.

The Project
About UK-AID Foundation
UK-AID Foundation provides emergency relief, education support, healthcare access and skills training for communities facing poverty, hardship and crisis. It is a UK registered charity with its office in Barking, London. The organisation describes its approach as practical, transparent and community-driven, and invites supporters to donate, volunteer, partner or run a fundraising drive. Its programmes are described under four pillars, and a published roadmap sets out how the charity intends to grow from foundation to sustainable delivery.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Charity websites are judged on honesty. Visitors want to know who the organisation is, what it does and where their money goes, then give without friction. The site needed to carry a registered charity number, explain four programme areas simply, and offer several ways to help beyond donating, all while feeling warm instead of corporate. The site also needed to work for supporters of every age and device, with giving possible by card, wallet or bank transfer.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
The homepage begins with the mission and a donate button, then introduces four pillars: emergency relief, education, healthcare and skills. A short section on the challenges communities face gives context before the programmes are described in more detail. Imagery of volunteers packing relief boxes keeps the page human, while the text avoids exaggeration.
- 02
Giving is a three-step form: choose a gift, add your details, review. Preset amounts from £10 to £500 and a custom field sit beside one-off and monthly options, with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer details all available. Each programme has its own page, so supporters can follow the cause that matters most to them.
- 03
Trust is handled with a dedicated section on the 100 percent donation promise, donor updates and Charity Commission guidance. A roadmap sets out the planned phases of growth, and a get-involved section gives volunteers and partners somewhere to start. Contact details, the Barking office address and a Facebook link give visitors several ways to reach a real person.
