Favours Services provides tailored tuition for learners with learning difficulties, behavioural needs and gaps in their subjects. Its seven services include SEN tuition, support for excluded or disengaged students, essential skills for SEND adults, emotional and behavioural support, subject tutoring from Key Stage 1 to A Level, after-school help and sports coaching. Tutors are DBS checked and sessions are flexible. The company is based in Leyton, East London, and describes its aim as closing learning gaps through personalised, child-centred programmes.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Parents and carers searching for SEN tuition are often anxious and short of time. The website had to speak gently, show immediately that the service understands their situation, and separate seven quite different services without overwhelming anyone. A single registration route and quick ways to talk to a person, by phone or WhatsApp, were essential. The site also had to be easy for adult learners and carers, since one service supports SEND students in college and adults over twenty-five.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

We made the SEN tuition offer the featured service because it is the first need many families have, then arranged the other six services in a consistent card format. Each card has a short description and its own page, so specific searches reach specific answers. Short, positive headings let a parent grasp what each service offers before reading any detail.

The visual direction is friendly and calm, with real imagery of a diverse learning community rather than stock-style clichés. Language is plain and encouraging, matching the company's promise that every child deserves the chance to thrive. Legal and safeguarding pages are available in the footer, answering the questions careful parents tend to ask.

Reassurance appears where parents look for it: DBS-checked tutors, child-centred sessions, flexible timing and regular feedback sit in one short section. Register Now stays in the header throughout, and a floating WhatsApp icon offers an easier first conversation. Contact details and tap-to-call numbers make the next step simple.
