By engaging Exibify for services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We begin work upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment and the necessary project briefs.

Once a project has started, we do not offer refunds. This policy is strictly enforced because of the immediate allocation of time, technical expertise, and resources we invest in the project from its inception.

Upon full payment, the rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. Exibify retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Timely delivery of projects depends on prompt feedback and asset provision from the client. Delays in providing required information may result in project timeline adjustments.
