About Companion Noble Care
The company serves seniors, busy professionals and post-operative clients with companionship, wellness check-ins, appointment accompaniment, transport coordination, errands, light meal and household support, and real-time updates for family members. Based in Cutler Bay, it is clear that its services are non-medical, excluding nursing, diagnosis and medication administration. Its companions are described as vetted, insured and discreet. The business is based in Cutler Bay and emphasises discretion, consistency and family communication in everything it describes.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Choosing in-home support is a personal decision, often made by a worried relative. The website needed to feel premium without sounding cold, explain six services clearly, and set honest limits on what a non-medical service can do. Its main purpose was to prompt a private consultation request, while giving staff applicants and compliance information somewhere to go. Prospective staff were a second audience, which is why careers and compliance sit alongside the services in the main menu.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

The language is deliberately composed: care that is tailored, never one-size-fits-all. The opening hero uses a serif headline on a soft background and presents two options only, request a private consultation or explore services. Generous space and a restrained palette avoid the clinical look often associated with care.

Six service cards each link to their own page, and a four-point standard section covers bespoke care, consistent companions, real-time family updates and lifestyle coordination. The Journey section then walks through five steps from consultation to continuous care, which makes the unfamiliar process feel predictable. Wording stays careful and specific, naming exactly what a companion does and does not do.

A visible scope-of-services notice protects clients and the business alike. Careers and compliance pages sit in the main navigation, a newsletter sign-up lives in the footer, and Private Consultation is available from the header throughout. Phone, email and social links appear at both top and bottom of the page, so contact is never far from view.
