A booking-first website for BHB Airport Transfers
BHB Airport Transfers runs airport transfers, executive chauffeur work and group travel from a base with a 01582 number. We designed and built its website so that a traveller can understand the service and start a booking within seconds.

The Project
About BHB Airport Transfers
BHB Airport Transfers offers door-to-door journeys to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and other UK airports, plus executive chauffeur hire, corporate accounts, group and family transfers in MPVs and minivans, and long-distance or seaport runs. Its pitch is reassurance: DBS-checked drivers, daily vehicle inspections, flight tracking, meet and greet and fixed prices, delivered in Mercedes, BMW and Audi vehicles.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Airport customers are often anxious and short of time, so the site had to answer three questions fast: can you reach my airport, can I trust the driver, and how do I book. It also had to serve very different buyers, from a business booking travel for staff to a family needing child seats. Phone, WhatsApp and online booking all had to be one tap away on a phone.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
We built the page around a single journey. A dark, polished hero leads with the phone number, round-the-clock availability and an instant quote prompt, then moves straight into reassurance points that mirror the traveller's worries: safety, punctuality, airport coverage and fleet.
- 02
Each of the five services gets its own card with a dedicated booking button, so a corporate buyer and a family never have to read copy meant for the other. A fixed navigation with a Book Transfer item keeps the booking page reachable from anywhere. A travel insights section gives the company room for editorial content, and WhatsApp links open a pre-filled booking message.
- 03
Mobile came first in the build. Buttons are large, the number is tappable and the booking route needs few taps, because many visitors arrive from a search made in a taxi queue or a terminal. Copy stays short and confident, with the detail saved for the service cards.
What We Built
Inside the BHB Airport Transfers website
The features that do the work, all live on bhbairporttransfers.com today.
See it live- 01
Dedicated booking page
A Book Transfer item in the main menu and repeated buttons on every service card lead to a single booking route.
- 02
Five service cards
Airport transfers, executive chauffeur, corporate travel, group and family transfers, and long-distance or seaport journeys each have their own panel and call to action.
- 03
WhatsApp booking link
Tapping the chat link opens WhatsApp with a booking message already written, which suits travellers on the move.
- 04
Trust and safety highlights
Short panels cover DBS-checked drivers, daily vehicle inspections, flight tracking and the executive fleet.
- 05
Travel insights section
Three blog previews on the homepage give the business a place for travel advice and fresh content.
