Q Energy Renewable Ltd is advancing a proposed 100 MW utility-scale solar project in Zambia. Exibify designed and built the website that presents the project, its development stages and the investment opportunity to qualified audiences.

Q Energy Renewable is developing a solar power plant it expects to reach operation in 2030, currently at the development stage. The company works through technical, environmental, commercial, regulatory and contractual stages toward a bankable project. It is seeking development capital, which it distinguishes carefully from the construction capital that would follow through later project financing. Its teams are listed in the United Kingdom and in Zambia.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
The audience is investors, strategic partners, development-finance institutions and technical advisers, people who read closely and distrust overstatement. The site needed to explain a complex project clearly, be exact about what stage it has reached and what funding is being sought, and avoid anything resembling an offer of securities. It also had to give interested parties a measured way to ask for access.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it
- 01
We structured navigation around three questions: what is the project, why does it deserve investment, and who is behind it. Dropdown groups cover the project, the investors section and the company. The homepage then moves through a five-stage development process, the funding being sought and a list of the work that funding would support.

Precision shaped the copy. A clearly labelled note explains that the funding supports development, not construction of the plant. A Why Zambia section charts reported solar capacity growth, attributed to the country's Ministry of Energy. A disclaimer states that the site is preliminary information, not investment advice.

Contact routes suit the audience. A topic-based enquiry form covers investor, partnership, offtake and access requests, and a WhatsApp button opens a pre-filled message. A request-investor-access action leads to the Investor Room, and a quarterly briefing sign-up keeps interested parties updated.
