A friendlier website for fighting parking tickets
ParkingSpinner helps UK motorists understand parking rules and decide what to do about a ticket. Exibify designed and built the website that carries its guides, call booking and account sign-in.

The Project
About ParkingSpinner
ParkingSpinner is a UK parking help service aimed at ordinary drivers who receive a penalty notice and are unsure where they stand. It publishes guides to signs, restrictions and the difference between council tickets and private charges, and it points people towards appeal routes. It also runs a free daily prize game and a companion app called Win Win ParkingHelpers. The site is clear that it is not a law firm and does not promise appeal outcomes.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
The business covers a lot of ground: prevention tips, rule explainers, appeal help, a game, paid passes and an app. The website had to make that range feel simple to a stressed driver holding a penalty notice. It needed a calm tone, honest wording about what the service can and cannot do, a way to book a call, and one account that works across the site and the app.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
We organised the site around the question a driver is actually asking. The main navigation separates Parking Rules, Appeal a Ticket, the Live Gameshow, How It Works and Help, so someone with a notice can go straight to the appeal material while a curious visitor can browse the guides. Headings stay short and every button says what happens next.
- 02
The homepage opens with a short promise and a choice of next steps: download the app, message on WhatsApp or sign in. Below it, five service blocks are numbered and written in plain English, moving from prevention through understanding rules to appeals, with a link into the relevant guide on each.
- 03
Pricing is shown openly as a free account, a one pound day pass and a 4.99 appeal pack, next to a call booking option. Legal notes and disclaimers sit within easy reach, which keeps the tone straightforward and supports trust with a nervous audience. Each section ends with a clear next step, whether that is a guide, the app or a call.
