A composed, client-ready website for The London City Law Firm
The London City Law Firm advises individuals, families and businesses across several areas of law. We designed and built its website to look composed and credible, and to make the practice areas, fees and contact details easy to find.

The Project
About The London City Law Firm
The firm lists six practice areas: immigration law, asset tracing, wills, trusts and tax, family law, personal injury and medical negligence, and civil liberties. It describes tailored, client-focused representation and publishes testimonials from business and private clients. Its navigation also covers case studies, fees, a blog and a College of Advocacy. Its offices are open Monday to Saturday, with phone and email shown at the top of every page.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Choosing a solicitor is a high-trust decision, and visitors judge a firm by how clearly it presents itself. The website had to separate very different practice areas so that each type of client sees relevant services, signal seriousness without sounding stiff, and make contact straightforward. It also had to make room for thought-leadership content, as blog articles help law firms appear in searches for specific legal questions.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
We chose a restrained, formal look with strong headings and plenty of white space. Contact details and opening hours sit in the header bar, so a client does not need to search for them. The hero speaks to people facing a dispute or needing advice and offers one clear button to consult the firm.
- 02
Three principles of counsel, protection and record introduce the firm, followed by an about section and the six practice areas as individual cards with Learn More links. Testimonials and a latest insights section add reassurance and topical content. The main menu gives fees, case studies and the advocacy college their own pages, so the homepage stays focused.
- 03
Typography does a lot of the work here, with a confident heading style and measured body text that reads comfortably on long pages. The layout keeps legal topics separate and uses consistent card styles, so as the firm adds practice areas, articles or case studies the site can grow without becoming cluttered.
