ESN London Ltd is an international commodity broker based in London. Exibify designed and built a website that explains six broking areas in plain terms and points serious buyers and sellers straight to the phone.

ESN London brokers energy, agricultural and mineral commodities: fuel and petroleum, fertilisers and sulphur, maize and wheat, rice, lithium, chrome and platinum, and copper. It welcomes enquiries from buyers, sellers and other business contacts, and says the simplest way to begin is a direct call. The company puts professional communication and a proper understanding of each requirement ahead of everything else.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Commodity broking is a trust business. Visitors are often senior, short of time and wary of anything that looks vague or overblown. The website needed to show the breadth of the company's specialisms without turning into a long product list, explain what a broker does for people unfamiliar with the role, and make a phone call feel like the natural first step rather than a form submission.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

We organised the content around six service areas, each with its own page, so that someone looking for copper or rice can land on a page written for that commodity. The homepage summarises all six in a short sequence, then explains the company, the way a first conversation works and why clients might choose it.

Calls to action favour the telephone. Click-to-call buttons appear in the header, the hero and throughout the pages, with an enquiry form and a map link available for those who prefer them. The visual style is sober and uncluttered, with plenty of white space and restrained typography.

Supporting pages answer practical questions: what to have ready before getting in touch, what a commodity broker actually does, and whether the company works with businesses outside the UK. A three-step outline of the process, from describing the requirement to agreeing responsibilities, closes the loop for new contacts.
