The Brief
What the website needed to do
Notarial visits go wrong when documents are missing or the process is unclear. The site needed to let clients choose a service and a time slot, send their paperwork in advance and know exactly what happens next. It also had to treat personal documents with care, avoid promising appointments that had not been confirmed, and stay easy to use for visitors who are not comfortable with technology.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

We designed the experience as a four-stage journey: request, documents, verification and confirmation. A clear start-a-request button leads the homepage, and the form lists the documents needed for the service chosen. The office then checks the upload and tells the client in writing if anything is missing, before the visit.

The site states plainly that submitting a form is only a request and that an appointment exists only once the office confirms it. A separate check-a-request page gives clients a private way to follow progress. For people who prefer to talk, phone and WhatsApp options are repeated throughout.

Services, fees, the office, reviews and a practical FAQ each have their own pages, written in Romanian in a calm, formal register. The visual direction is restrained: strong typography, a moving name-and-process ticker on the homepage and generous spacing keep it looking professional and easy to scan on a phone.
