An enquiry-led website for ANTHOZ Import & Export
ANTHOZ Import & Export is a Coventry business that deals in new and used goods and arranges shipment by sea, air or road. Exibify designed and built its website around one idea: get the right enquiry to the right conversation.

The Project
About ANTHOZ Import & Export
ANTHOZ trades in new and used goods across a wide range of categories and arranges the movement of those goods internationally. Customers might want to buy a product, offer goods for sale, bring something in from another country, send something out, or simply ship a consignment. The business is based in Coventry and works by discussing each requirement individually rather than publishing fixed rates or catalogues.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Trade enquiries arrive in very different shapes, so a single generic contact form would have produced vague messages and wasted calls. The site needed to explain four related activities clearly, set honest expectations about what an enquiry does and does not commit anyone to, and give both first-time and regular traders a confident route to a quote request. It also had to work well on a phone.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
We built the homepage as a short decision tree. A start-here block offers six enquiry types: buy a product, offer goods, import, export, shipping and general. Choosing one opens a request form that asks only the questions relevant to that type, so visitors are never wading through fields that do not apply to them.
- 02
Below that, the page walks through the four areas of work, a four-step account of how an enquiry progresses, and the business's working principles. The tone is plain and direct. Repeated reminders that an enquiry is not an order keep expectations realistic and reduce misunderstandings before a conversation begins.
- 03
A sea, air and road section explains when each method is usually considered, and an insights area carries articles on choosing a shipping method and preparing a trade enquiry. The palette stays restrained and the layout generous, so the page reads as a serious trading partner rather than a brochure.
What We Built

The features that do the work, all live on anthoz.co.uk today.
See it live- 01
Guided enquiry selector
Six clearly labelled enquiry types sit at the top of the homepage. Each one leads to a form tailored to that request.
- 02
Trade quote form
A dedicated request-a-quote page adapts its questions to the type chosen, which keeps submissions complete and relevant.
- 03
Sea, air and road guidance
A short section sets out how each shipping method is typically considered, helping visitors think about their consignment before getting in touch.
- 04
How it works steps
Four steps explain the route from sharing requirements to confirming next steps, with no account or obligation required.
- 05
Insights articles
Practical articles give the site fresh content and answer common questions about shipping choices and enquiry details.
