A simple, transparent website for South West Win Club
South West Win Club runs a local prize draw for residents of Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Exibify designed and built a one-page website where the whole journey, from understanding the draw to buying tickets, happens in one place.

The Project
About South West Win Club
The club's first draw offers a £1,000 cash prize. Tickets cost £3 each, there are 1,000 in total, and the draw takes place once every ticket is sold. Entry is open to adults aged 18 or over living in the three counties, and participants answer a short entry question. The brand is built on being simple, fair and local. The club presents itself as proudly local, supporting communities and giving back to the South West, and states clearly that entrants must be 18 or over.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
A prize draw only works if people trust it. The website had to make the rules obvious, show the draw's progress honestly, keep the price and prize impossible to miss, and take payment securely. It also needed to make eligibility restrictions plain so no one entered by mistake, while staying friendly enough to suit a community-minded local brand. Legal wording such as terms, privacy and age notices needed to be present without distracting from the entry journey.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
We reduced the proposition to three figures in the hero: £3 a ticket, 1,000 tickets, £1,000 prize. A county map and the line Only for Devon, Cornwall & Somerset set expectations straight away, and the following How It Works section repeats the model in three numbered steps. Large numerals and bold colour blocks make the offer readable at a glance on a small screen.
- 02
The Current Draw panel is the centre of the page. A progress bar shows tickets sold out of 1,000, a quantity selector updates the total, and entrants answer a multiple-choice question about a Cornish seaside town before ticking a confirmation of age, residence and terms. The structure follows how a person decides: understand, check they are eligible, then enter.
- 03
Anything people might worry about is answered nearby. Six FAQs cover price, ticket numbers, timing, eligibility, winner contact and payment security, and checkout is handled by Stripe so card details never reach the club's servers. A floating WhatsApp button and phone number in the header give nervous entrants a person to ask.
