Scarlet Heating & Plumbing is a family-run, Gas Safe registered business in Llanelli. Exibify designed and built a website that sets out its services, prices and areas, and lets customers book an engineer online.

About Scarlet Heating & Plumbing
Scarlet Heating & Plumbing covers Llanelli, Swansea and Carmarthen, and twelve towns across them. The team handles gas and oil boilers, servicing, repairs, radiators, emergency plumbing, leak detection, bathroom installation and landlord CP12 certificates. The site lists Gas Safe registration, OFTEC training for oil, public liability insurance and a twelve month workmanship guarantee, along with published guide prices.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
People often search for a heating engineer when the boiler has already failed, so they need to find reassurance and a phone number quickly. The website had to show credentials, explain what each job costs, cover both heating and plumbing, and make it clear which towns are served. Booking an engineer had to be possible without a call. It also needed to serve landlords who need a certificate and homeowners planning a larger job like a bathroom.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

The opening screen carries the credentials and the phone number: Gas Safe registered, family run, and a Book an engineer button next to a click-to-call link. A strip beneath lists gas and oil boilers, CP12 certificates, insurance and the guarantee. Clear headings and short lists mean an emergency visitor can find the phone number immediately.

Services are split into Warmth and Water, each with short lists of tasks. Guide prices such as boiler servicing and repair starting points are published for typical jobs, which sets expectations before anyone calls. Installations are quoted fixed after a survey. An Areas page covers the twelve towns served, and Our Work and Reviews pages sit in the navigation. A dedicated booking page and a quote request give two routes in, and an email reminder for annual servicing supports repeat custom. Local pages and a service list suit the way customers search for an engineer by town.
