An exam-booking website for OVEC in Ghana
One Vision Examinations Centre, known as OVEC, prepares terminal and mock assessments for schools in Ghana. Exibify designed and built the site schools and parents use to request papers, practise and pay.
The Project
About OVEC Exams
OVEC is a private examinations body producing assessments for Nursery, KG, Primary and JHS levels, aligned to GES standards. It offers terminal examinations, practice mocks, home-delivered mock exams for parents, an online test for JHS 3 and subscriptions for schools. A published academic calendar sets mock and end-of-term dates for the year, and school presence is shown across Ghana's regions. Its homepage announces current booking windows and recent activity, so schools can see the centre is active at the time they visit.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
OVEC serves several audiences at once: school heads planning a whole term, parents wanting a mock paper at home and pupils practising online. The site had to present those routes without confusion, publish the exam calendar, and handle orders and payments simply. Many visitors would be on mobile data, so pages had to stay clear and quick to scan. Parents buying home mocks needed a clear route that did not look like a school contract, with payment simple enough for any device.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

The homepage opens with the current booking window and two direct actions: request an exam, or request a scheme or lesson plan. Below it sits the academic calendar, so planning information is visible without a search. Bold section labels and short service blurbs keep busy school administrators moving.

Services are sorted by who they are for. Schools see terminal exams and subscriptions, parents see home-delivered mocks, and pupils are sent to the online tests. Labels such as most booked and new help people choose quickly. Visitors can reach the online tests directly, with no sign-up needed to see how they work.

Ordering uses a short request form covering school level, exam type, number of learners and preferred date, with no account needed. Payments can be made through Paystack or bank transfer, and the navigation keeps past papers, downloads and a gallery of activities one click away. Contact details and a Call us button remain in the header, since many buyers prefer a conversation first.
