A project-led website for KOA Architecture
KOA Architecture is an independent architectural design and technical consultancy based at the Docklands Business Centre in London. Exibify designed and built a website that lets completed projects speak first and makes starting a conversation straightforward.

The Project
About KOA Architecture
KOA works on residential extensions, new homes and commercial interiors, and supports clients through planning permission and Building Regulations. It also offers subconsultancy support to other practices and runs workshops. Its selected projects range from houses such as Forest Road, Oak Road and a mid-century modern house to a hospitality-style interior and an elementary school in Senegal, showing the breadth of what the practice takes on.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Architecture clients want evidence before they want promises. The site needed to showcase built and designed work with confidence, explain a practice that spans design, technical consultancy and subconsultancy, and give homeowners, developers and fellow professionals different ways in. It also had to stay quiet and refined, so the projects, not the interface, remained the focus. The result had to feel as considered as the buildings it represents.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
We made the project index the heart of the site. Selected projects such as Forest Road, Lower Trevivian, Mid-Century Modern House, Procaffeinated, Senegal Elementary School and Oak Road are presented as image-led entries, with a minimal frame around them. Navigation is kept short: projects, practice, services, subconsultancy, workshops and contact.
- 02
Separate sections for services and subconsultancy let two kinds of client find what is relevant, whether that is a homeowner planning an extension or a practice looking for technical support. The tone is professional and unfussy, with generous spacing and a neutral palette.
- 03
Contact is designed around how clients actually reach out. A book-a-consultation page handles formal enquiries, and a friendly chat prompt, how can we help with your project, opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send. Address, phone, email, Instagram and LinkedIn sit in the footer.
