The Brief
What the website needed to do
Door owners rarely search for an automatic door contractor until something fails or an audit looms. The site had to speak to facilities managers, housing teams and households alike, explain a technical standard without jargon, and make the paperwork the main selling point. It also needed simple routes for a one-off call or a maintenance package. Procurement teams also expect proof of competence, so credentials and testimonials had to be easy to find.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

- 01
The name does the organising. Install, Maintain and Report each get their own service page, introduced on the homepage with a single sentence and a link. A short explanation of why all three matter sets the company apart from firms that simply fit doors. Headings use the same three verbs throughout, so the structure is easy to remember.
- 02
Supporting pages cover the doors the team works on, from sliding and swing operators to communal sets and home adaptations, plus a list of manufacturers whose equipment is supported. A Compliance section explains what a post-visit report contains, written for the people who would hand it to an insurer. Technical terms are explained in one line, and detail sits a click deeper for specialists.
- 03
Commercial and household visitors are routed separately, with a dedicated At Home page. Booking forms offer a service call or a package quote, and an Areas section makes the regional coverage obvious. A phone number and a book a visit button follow the visitor down every page. Each form is short, because most visitors only need to say where the door is and what is wrong.
