It also takes on commercial builds, residential developments, groundworks and foundations, and property maintenance for landlords and agents. The company describes a ten-person site team of full-time and part-time trades.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Buyers at auction have a completion date that does not move, and they want a contractor who understands that. The website needed to lead with this specialism rather than a generic list of building services, explain how the programme works, and show real projects. It also had to give commercial and residential clients a clear route to start a conversation. The design needed to look as dependable as the work, without relying on stock imagery.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it
- 01
The homepage opens with a direct statement, Built on Trust. Delivered with Pride., then turns quickly to the auction niche. Three short points explain surveying before you bid, running the programme backwards from the completion date and working with a single team from strip-out to certification. Large numerals and short statements give the page a confident, engineering feel.

Five service lines follow, numbered, with the auction refurbishment marked as the specialism and the others described in a line each. This keeps the site focused without hiding the wider capability. Each service line has a number and a one-line scope, so a client can see what is covered at a glance.

A Selected Work section shows delivered contracts, including an office refit in Stratford, an auction turnaround in East Ham and a residential remodel in Wanstead. Phone, email and WhatsApp details repeat throughout, with a Start a project button always visible. Projects carry a category and a year, which keeps the portfolio factual.
