Cleaning Pro Solutions is based in Barnsley and covers Wakefield, Sheffield and Leeds, plus nearby towns such as Rotherham and Doncaster. It offers domestic, deep, end of tenancy, Airbnb, commercial, office and one-off cleaning, with weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits for regular work. Sectors served include GP surgeries and clinics, nurseries, independent shops, restaurants and gyms, landlords, letting agents and industrial premises.

The Brief
What the website needed to do
Cleaning is bought by very different people: a parent wanting a regular clean, a landlord clearing a flat before new tenants, a practice manager looking after a surgery. The website had to speak to each group, show the areas covered for local search, and give every visitor a fast way to request a price by form, phone or WhatsApp. Search visibility mattered as well, since most customers look for cleaners by town and service.
Our Approach
How we designed and built it

The navigation is split into Services, Areas and Who We Help, so a visitor can enter by the job, the town or their own type of business. Each of the seven services has a short description in the menu and a page of its own. Menus use short descriptions under each service so visitors can compare without leaving the page.

Four area pages cover Barnsley, Wakefield, Sheffield and Leeds, which keeps the local relevance strong without repeating the same text. Sector pages for clinics, landlords, shops, hospitality, schools and industrial sites show the company understands different standards of cleaning. Copy for each area stays specific to the town instead of repeating a template.

The call to action is the same everywhere: get a free quote. A five step form takes under two minutes to complete, with call and WhatsApp buttons pinned for people who would rather talk. A postcode check handles visitors unsure about coverage. Contact options stay in view on every page, including on mobile.
